Haydee is currently a member of the Board of Directors for TransAct Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ), a global leader in developing software-driven technology and printing solutions for high-growth markets. She has also served on a variety of boards, including as Advisory Board member of the DePaul University Institute of Business and Professional Ethics, as well as the Illinois State Lottery Control Board, Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics/Healthcare Compliance Association, Resurrection High School, Chicago, IL and the National Hispana Leadership Institute.

Haydee earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Management and J.D. from DePaul University, and her M.A. in Leadership and Business Ethics from Duquesne University.

Experience
Haydee spent more than three decades at McDonald’s Corporation, most recently as Global Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, she had an impeccable track record of successfully developing and implementing best-in-class compliance and ethics programs. Additionally, her initiatives had global impact by increasing policy adherence, achieving operational consistency, and bolstering financial results. Moreover, Haydee developed McDonald’s first comprehensive program to ensure compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act as well as local anti-corruption laws around the world. During her tenure, McDonald’s reached the highest score in its sector on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for Code of Conduct and was a finalist for the “Best Legal Department Award” by Corporate Counsel.
Before serving as Global CCO, Haydee held several roles within the McDonald’s legal department, including Division General Counsel of the Great Lakes Region, General Counsel of the Latin America Region, and Development Legal Team Director.
