Bob has successfully managed General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer engagements for mid-sized to Fortune 500 companies and has partnered with numerous companies to build out their legal and compliance departments. Clients rely on Bob for advice and counseling before and during the engagement.
Bob also leads the coaching and advising practice at the firm, a crucial resource that empowers corporate legal and compliance leaders and boards of directors to navigate challenges and strategically leverage opportunities.

Before co-founding the firm, Bob was the North American Sales Manager for the Imaging and Printing Group at Hewlett-Packard. He achieved the highest recognition in the company and was awarded membership in HP’s President’s Club.
