Camille Montalbano is a Senior Project Manager at BarkerGilmore. She is involved in the executive search process from its earliest stages, playing an integral role in aligning with each client to understand their unique needs and ideal candidate profile. She then strategically utilizes multiple research platforms to identify high-quality candidates who meet – and exceed – those needs.

Camille recently assisted in the placement of a Chief Legal Officer for a Fortune 500, global manufacturing organization, the EVP, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer for a leading public building materials company, and the General Counsel of an international insurance holding company.

Before joining BarkerGilmore, Camille was the lead paralegal at a prominent employment law firm where she specialized in litigation. Her legal experience and impeccable attention to detail in research and strategy collectively enable her to uncover talent with the ideal skill set to meet clients’ needs. Camille holds two bachelor’s degrees, summa cum laude, in History and Political Science from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
