Jamey earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in Philosophy from Baylor University and her J.D. from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law. She also holds a Professional Certificate in Energy Innovation & Emerging Technologies from Stanford University and is licensed to practice law in Texas and New York.

Experience
Jamey currently serves as General Counsel of Crusoe Energy Systems, a privately held energy management company. Previously, she served as General Counsel & Secretary for Covetrus (NASDAQ: CVET), a global animal-health technology and services company. As one of the few corporate executives to simultaneously hold business and legal roles, she was also President and General Counsel of Integra Ledger, an enterprise blockchain designed specifically for the legal industry. Before that, she served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Gates Corporation, where she led a successful IPO, and Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at ION Geophysical, Inc. During her tenure at ION, Jamey managed all financing arrangements, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, strategic alliances, and a bond restructuring of the company’s debt. She has also served as Senior Vice President of Alternative Energy for NRG Energy, Inc., CEO and General Counsel of Nuclear Innovation North America LLC, and Vice President and General Counsel of Direct Energy.
