Jennifer Carr is a Project Manager at BarkerGilmore. She is involved in the executive search process from its earliest stages, and she is integral in aligning with each client to understand their unique needs and ideal candidate profile. She then strategically utilizes multiple research platforms to identify high-quality candidates who meet – and exceed – those needs.

Jennifer’s recent engagements include the General Counsel for one of the country’s largest health systems, the General Counsel of a large pharmaceutical retail company, and the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for a non-profit hospital network.

Before joining BarkerGilmore, Jennifer was the lead business and real estate paralegal at a prominent business firm in Syracuse, New York. Jennifer is committed to creating a positive client experience through her customer-oriented attitude and conscientious attention to detail. Her extensive years of legal experience and research skills enable her to source top talent promptly and efficiently.

Jennifer holds an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies and a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Cortland. Outside of her professional life, she is deeply engaged in her community, currently serving as the Board Secretary for her town’s recreation department. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, traveling with her husband, and discovering new culinary experiences.
