BarkerGilmore, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in legal and compliance executive search and leadership development, has recruited healthcare industry executive Tim Reuschel as the new Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of TMC Health. The engagement was managed by Brittney McDonough, Partner of BarkerGilmore.
“Since moving in-house, I’ve worked exclusively within independent, nonprofit community healthcare systems,” said Reuschel. “TMC Health fits that model and offered the opportunity to be part of a growing, dynamic system involved in various initiatives to improve the health of our community.”
Prior to moving to Tucson, Reuschel served as the Chief Legal Officer of two increasingly complex, nonprofit community health systems and was a member of the board. In these roles, he gained significant experience in complex transactions, regulatory matters, corporate governance, litigation, risk management, employment, joint ventures, and analysis of strategic objectives. Before moving in-house, Reuschel served as a trial attorney, where he was lead counsel in more than 100 contested matters.
